C. Technical & Device Diagnostics
Device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, and anonymized crash logs used strictly for bug fixes, performance monitoring, and securing user sessions.

SchoolPro is 100% Ad-Free and Non-Monetized for Third Parties:
NO Third-Party Advertising: We do NOT display any advertisements, banner ads, or interstitial videos. No ad SDKs (such as Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, or Unity Ads) are integrated into SchoolPro.
NO Sale or Rental of Data: We NEVER sell, rent, trade, lease, or commercialize any student, parent, or school data to third-party data brokers, marketing agencies, or advertisers.
NO Cross-App Tracking: We do not track users across other websites or third-party mobile applications.
Because SchoolPro is an educational management tool, student profiles often represent individuals under the age of 13 (or under 18 depending on jurisdiction).
Institutional Authority & Parental Consent: Student accounts and data are entered strictly by authorized school administrators and teachers pursuant to legitimate educational enrollment, with verified parental or guardian consent obtained by the educational institution.
No Self-Registration by Children: SchoolPro does NOT allow unsupervised self-registration by minors. All access is provisioned by the school institution.
Parental Rights: Parents and legal guardians have the right to review, update, or request the deletion of their child's educational records at any time by contacting their school office or our support desk.
5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors
We share data only with trusted cloud infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the application under confidentiality agreements:

In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies on User Data Deletion, SchoolPro provides clear and accessible mechanisms for users to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data.

Include your full name, registered phone number, and school name. Requests are verified and processed within 30 days.
Institutional Data Note: Because schools are required by statutory educational regulations to preserve historical academic registers (such as passing registers and enrollment logs), academic records will be retained or purged in accordance with school board guidelines upon graduation or withdrawal.
